Can ITS offer some troubleshooting classes for media specialists? Can there be one person (media specialist) at the school with admin rights, etc. so that we can take care of some of these easy problems without service requests?
Can we spend some time learning the ins / outs of Follett? Allow each to share tricks, etc.
